Referee James Street - Minnesota's Most Evil Judicial Officer

Referee James Street ("Referee Street") is a Ramsey County District Court Referee. Referee Street engages in the wrongful conviction and torture of innocent men. Specifically, Referee Street deliberately kidnaps, assaults and tortures innocent men to conceal Minneapolis law enforcement misconduct. Referee Street is truly evil. Given his evil conduct, Referee Street will never enter heaven. Referee Street is a judicial officer from hell and a very sick man.

Pure Evil

In March 2016, Referee Street issued a bogus civil order to smear a litigant. The decision centered on a "kneeling" decision issued by Referee Street to help a high powered federal police officer cover up misconduct. The bogus order was used to unlawfully and unconstitutionally criminally prosecute the litigant to conceal Minneapolis law enforcement misconduct. Referee Street used his daughter as a conduit to try and pressure Saint Paul City Attorney Lyndsey M. Olson to prosecute through Olson's board membership at the Central Minnesota Legal Service where his daughter works. Referee Street used a law professor from the University of Saint Thomas School of Law named Teresa Collett to rig the trial. Collett was also on the Vatican's Pontifical Council for the Family. Indeed, a modern day inquisition. Referee Street is a part-time instructor or professor at the University of Saint Thomas School of Law. Obviously, another way for Referee Street to attack his victims and rig trials.

The litigant was forced to hire Eric Nelson - yes that same Eric Nelson - to defend him. It remains even more ironic then that the George Floyd trial took place in a courtroom named after the litigant's family where the litigant was present when it was named. Despite the allegation being false, an alleged misdemeanor and later vacated by the Minnesota Supreme Court as unconstitutional, the litigant was illegally jailed, kidnapped, and tortured for a year while his mother (a former Major in the Minnesota National Guard and Hennepin County Probation Officer) lay dying. Referee Street sadistically uses extrajudicial channels to prosecute litigants for publicly criticizing the Court. During the torture, Referee Street encourages sadistic prosecutions and mocks litigants. Referee Street fails to lift a finger to stop torture or advocate for the release of his victims. Referee Street is a very very sick man. We ask that you pray for him.

Concealing Minneapolis Racist Actions

In March 2020, months prior to George Floyd, Referee Street finalized his brutal conduct. It was during this time that Referee Street sought to block a litigant from exposing a former corrupt Minneapolis prosecutor. The prosecutor publishes nude and semi nude photos of black men on her Twitter account. The prosecutor falsified and fabricated evidence in order to cover up her corrupt actions. Referee Street signed a bogus 50 year order to conceal not only his own criminal actions but the prosecutor's illegal conduct.

Fabricating a 50 Year Order to Silence Criticism of Minneapolis Law Enforcement Violence

Evil Street uses his order to raid litigant's homes -- in Hudson, Wisconsin - and uses his goons by and through the Saint Paul Police and Minneapolis City Attorneys' Office to kneel on the man's neck. In March 2020, Referee Street issued a fifty (50) year order to conceal Minneapolis law enforcement violence. Specifically, Referee Street issued a facially unconstitutional gag order to threaten the litigant with criminal prosecution if he exposes the event(s) or publicly comments. This was shortly before the May 2020 events surronding George Floyd.

Threatens Litigant With Execution by Covid for Criticizing the Court

Evil Referee Referee Street supresses First Amendment speech like a true authoritarian. In March 2020, Referee Street issued his order enjoining a litigant from publicly criticizing Minneapolis law enforcement violence. This mandate is clearly unlawful and unconstitutional. Indeed, evil and tyranical Referee Street forced the litigant to attend a hearing in Ramsey County during the COVID outbreak in Minnesota in an effort to give him COVID. To make matters worse, Referee Street has stated that he will throw the litigant in jail if he publishes or refuses to remove public criticisms of Minneapolis law enforcemnet violence. As it has been well reported COVID runs rampant in Minnesota jails. In effect, Referee Street seeks not only to jail critics but effectively give them an execution by COVID. Say “NO” to Minnesotan's authoritarian on the bench modern day crazy judge “Caligula” aka Referee James Street. Evil Referee Street is a major contributor to the epidemic of evil law enforcement violence originating from Saint Paul and Minneapolis which brought the world George Floyd. Evil Referee Street destroys and tortures innocent victims and their famiiles.

Forced a Man Listen to His Mother Die Over the Phone

Given his above described conduct, Referee Street forced a man listen to his mother die over the phone while the litigant was being tortured with a wrongful and a wholly baseless prosecution. Referee Street's deliberately malicious behavior and abandonment of basic human dignity endangers the lives of local citizens. Indeed, Referee Street conspires with state actors to commit criminal acts under the guise of absolute or qualified immunity, while lying at every stage, including fabricating the above described bogus orders. We can only hope and pray that James Street experiences being forced to listen to the same thing over the phone, while being subject to a wrongful and baseless prosecution, so he can understand how it feels. Indeed, Referee Street conspires to commit numerous evil acts in concert with the likes of corrupt, sick and paedophile supporting Ramsey County Judge Patrick Diamond or Ramsey County Judge Sophia Y. Vuelo who was caught engaging in a sex act with a Ramsey County Sheriff's Deputy in chambers at the Rmasey County Courthouse.

A 300 Year Curse

According to court papers, the Minnesota Court of Appeals has a three hundred (300) year curse asserted on it by religious experts. The curse stems from Referee Street's evil conduct. This was provided prior to May 25, 2020, April 11, 2021, and February 4, 2022 (the man's former attorney Nathan Hansen even sueing the officer Mark Hanneman, Street presiding over Nathan Hansen's divorce, Peter Cahill signed the warrant, and involves a similar raid that Street helped create described above). The curse precludes the violent activities that brought the world George Floyd and the many other instances of police brutality rubber stamped by the Minnesota Court of Appeals and the Minnesota Supreme Court. Given their evil conduct, God will never allow any staff member, clerk, or judge from the Minnesota Court of Appeals, Minnesota Supreme Court, or the Ramsey County District Court will ever be allowed to enter heaven or be in God's presence. In line with this, any one who has conspired to further these evil actions is banished from God's presence.

Sadly, Referee Street remains a judicial officer in Ramsey County. Referee Street is a danger to all Minnesota families.
